Return Policies

All timepieces purchased from LuxurfWatches.com may be returned with the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and links having never been removed

1. All returned items, whether for refund, repair or exchange, must be clearly labeled with a return authorization number obtained by contacting LuxuryofWatches.com customer service via email to . Parcels without a clearly visible valid return authorization number will be refused.
2. Goods must be returned via a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), with insurance and delivery to LuxurfWatches.com. 
3. In order to maintain the lowest prices possible, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee equal to 9% of the total purchase.  Any item that is not on the site is a special order, and watch not in stock and ordered from  manufacture is a special order and can not be canceled or returned. There are no returns or cancellations on International orders. We only allow 1 exchange per customer. 
4. Shipping charges will be deducted from returns as well ($25-$50)
5. Any item over $10,000, Rolex DLC-PVD models and New Rolex Watches, are a final sale. 
6. Any Layaways or items that has been discounted less than advertised price is a final sale.
