Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a  Luxury of Watches 5 year warranty on select brand watches. We cover the entire watch except the battery. The warranty applies to the brands that we currently carry on the site.

What are some of the main points of the warranty?
We cover the movement of the watch, any functionality, and any manufacture defect. 

 

Are all of your watches new?
Yes, all of our watches are unworn, in original factory condition, and with current year models and serial numbers intact. Watches will include the original box and manuals. We are always happy to answer any of your questions about our inventory.

Our Pre-Owned Rolex Watches are polished and serviced, and are in mint showroom condition.

DLC models is a custom process done by Luxury of Watches.

Are all of your items in stock?
Most watches are in stock, however, limited edition and specialty watches may sometimes require a longer lead time and be subject to availability. Please call us for an up-to-date delivery time on any of these items.

How long does it take to get a watch?
Most watches will ship out within 2-7 days, not including holidays and weekends. When choosing overnight shipping, items will ship after our 24-48 hour processing time. If you need a shipment by a certain date, please let us know when ordering. Rolex DLC models will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

Do you ship International?
Yes, our International shipping charge is $95 for items under $1499, and $195 for items over $1500. This includes insurance. Customs and local duties are paid by the customer.

Are your watches real or fake?
All of our watches are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and we would never compromise our reputation by selling fake items. Luxury of Watches has sold to over 15,000 customers and has been in business for over 25 years. We have now expanded our business online and continue to uphold the same reputable business practices.

 

Sales Tax?

We only charge sales to to shipments going to California.
